Other Sports qualifications: Strength & Conditioning Level 2 (2014), ITF Level 3, RPT level 5. Experience & Background: Over 30 years of experience as a coach. Since the age of 14 Sebastien coached Volleyball reaching national level as coach and international level as player. Since 2000 he solely focused on coaching and developing tennis in Cambridgeshire.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
